Ching our former Chartered Accountant turned Health Coach, Yoga Pilates and Barre instructor, fell in love with both Yoga and Barre in 2016 after finding an alternative to stretch out from all her running and spin classes. To give balance to her busy schedule, she also turned to yoga. Moving from Australia to Singapore allowed her to pursue teaching full time and sharing the wonderful practice in this busy and bustling city. She loves to get her students in side twists; stretching out the spine, shoulders, lower back and a great massage to the internal organs. Her self-love time out sessions involve attending other yoga classes and spending time with nature. A lover of the colour purple, Ching's favourite holiday destination is the United States where there is an abundance of nature trails, delicious eats, fitness classes and active wear is always on sale! Good vibes meaning making clients smile throughout 90% (if not 100%) of the class. :)

Amelia our 9 to 5 full time Analyst fell in love with MOTR as a client, thinking to herself “whoa, this stuff is amazing"! The MOTR working her body in many different ways, eventually inspiring her to take up the training to share this with all. Amelia loves anything to do with arms so expect a class packed full of fun upper body burn. Her perfect chill out session involves hunting for good food or watching Netflix. A lover of the colour blue she has many favourite holiday destinations! (A travel bug at heart). Good vibes to hear mean being positive, kind and spreading those vibes all around!

Christina is our creative Marketeer by day and vibrant MOTR, Zumba and dancer by night. She fell in love with MOTR after coming across it using her ClassPass account, and was hooked she became a regular never failing to miss her classes! This lead to her natural progression to join the team and share the wonderful perks of MOTR to everyone else. Christina loves to work the core and so variations of planks are her favourite to teach. She loves bright colours and her favourite holiday destination is Japan, recently renovating her place themed to the land of the rising sun! Chilling out to her means snuggling under her blanket and binge watching shows or heading out social dancing at a Salsa/Bachata club or dance studio! Good vibes to her means 100% focus on channelling positive energy to yourself and everyone around you!

Jessie started her Aerial Yoga journey in 2015 and was inspired to teach the practice to help those relieve their stress and any physical pain. Her past life was working as a Secretary, so being able to teach and fly is a nice change. She loves to teach the Aerial belay in her classes. Jessie loves the colour blue and scrapbooking is what she enjoys in her recharge time. She loves travelling to Bangkok for food, massage and awesome Aerial Yoga classes. Good vibes to her means keeping our senses strong and calm. Being aligned with your creativity.

JOANNA

Our aspiring artist and kids teacher Joanna started practicing Aerial Yoga while in College in New York. She fell in love with the practice after being able to let go of all the outside stresses of life. She also practices Pilates to help with her persistent back pain and began her journey to teach it so that others can benefit from the mindful movement practice. Her enjoyment in teaching comes from being able to break the moves down and seeing her students understand the movement pattern in their bodies. 

She loves to teach the double knee hook chandelier in her Aerial Yoga class, and side to side for Pilates. Joanna spends her down time on adrenaline activities and loves travelling to Italy for their amazing wine, dine and historic culture. Good vibes to her are calm, self acceptance, and feeling of love from within, to without.

Khim our Yoga instructor fell in love with the practice when she attended classes whilst living and working as a Regional Business Manager for a renowned Wine and Spirits company in Hong Kong. She was inspired to teach as she felt there were so many amazing benefits of the practice that many students can receive. This includes understanding one’s own body and using poses to improve their posture. Her favourite restorative pose is the reclining bound angle, as this helps to release tightness in the shoulders and hips as well as relieving stress, fatigue, helping with digestion and blood circulation. Khim likes the colour blue and to recharge she likes to go to the beach. Spain is her favourite holiday destination as she believes the country has a lot to offer. Good vibes means positive energy that glows from inside out.

Lynda fell in love with Aerial after attending Ming's classes, later inspired to teach as a means to heal one physically. She found Aerial a great workout helping to balance her demanding day time job. She loves to teach inversions and loves to travel the world. In her rest time she likes to do yoga for 2 hours and just chill. Good vibes to her means having a sense of inner peace.

Having been in the group fitness industry for over 8 years, Ming believes that each person should always find a movement method that resonates with them, inspiring him to open his first FlyWith Fitness studio. His 3 main movement pillars or fitness specialty comes from various niche fitness techniques, such as Aerial Yoga, Barre and Pilates. From constantly teaching each of these movement pillar, he has genuinely and intentionally changed the way each person moves – one class at a time. Ming loves to challenge his students with complex transitions whilst in the Aerial Silk Hammock. He loves the colour yellow and his ideal holiday destination is Melbourne for its Aussie vibes and European charms! Good vibes is going with the flow and being upbeat all the time.

RINGO

in MOTR at FlyWith Ann Siang 

Ringo is our intern-turned MOTR instructor. Currently studying Sports Science, he loves the fitness space; coaching clients for personal training as well as playing competitive basketball. His love for movement has inspired him to teach. Expect plenty of lunges and squats in his classes as these are his favourite moves. In his spare time Ringo loves to play with his phone or basketball. His favourite colour is black and enjoys holidaying in Thailand. Good vibes mean continuously sending positivity to his clients.
