CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


  • 1. Aerial | Stretch & Conditioning [Beginner -friendly] (1hr)

    Get introduced to the inner workings of the Aerial Silk Hammock in this class, suitable for all levels.  See how your body feels while being inverted and at the same time get a mindful stretch of the body and mind. 


    Each class is designed to be slow in pace while you get used to the Aerial Silk Hammock and fully understand the purpose of Aerial Yoga.


    More than just an introduction class, Aerial Stretch  is also focused on stretching the entire body with the Aerial Silk Hammock. 


  • 2. Aerial | Flow 1 [Beginner-friendly] (1hr)

    Be prepared to brush up on your Aerial Hammock techniques with this class. Think achievable Aerial Hammock flows, that will allow you the chance to one-up from your Aerial Stretch & Conditioning practice. 

     

    All done with safety + prep work in mind, have fun with it and just flow!


  • 3. Aerial | Flow 2 (1hr)

    Get the most out of the Aerial Hammock with this advanced class, think, drops, tricks + flow choreography. Of course, all done with proper safety + prep work in mind. Think of it as combining all you know with the Aerial Hammock, in one smooth flow!
