The WeBarre workout is a one-stop shop - It brings together ballet technique, yoga, Pilates and strength training in an invigorating workout to transform your entire body. Making use of the barre for balance, while focusing on isometric holds and combining dynamic exercises and movements, into one properly choreographed dance cardio class!  

All this while toning and sculpting your body with special equipment, unique to the barre workout. Barre is suitable for all fitness levels, clients looking to embrace their inner ballerina and at the same time, getting a full body workout should not miss an hour of this. 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


  • 1. Fundamentals (1hr) MEDIUM SWEAT

    Perfect for beginners who want a taste of barre and the opportunity to learn the WeBarre signature moves at a slower pace. 


    This class focuses on technique & form in a more intimate setting so you will have plenty of guidance in anything you're unsure of. Don’t be fooled, it's still a dynamic workout that's guaranteed to give you that burn and make you sweat! 


    Great for anyone who is postnatal too. 

  • 2. Signature Multi-Level (1hr) HIGH SWEAT

    Challenge your barre strength, body control, and flow with this class. Classes will be a fusion of isometric holds (small controlled movements) and full-range dynamic movements that will challenge you to build strength yet moving gracefully with poise with and without the barre.


    There is even a 5-minute HIIT segment, meant to challenge your cardio endurance with barre specific moves.
