FlyWith Dynamic Fusion

Need a boost in your regular workout routine? Get this with our dynamic prop based class. Designed for all levels, experience plenty of dynamic floor mat work through pilates, aerobic, cardio, hiit, movement practices. With the use of at least 2 props (flex bands or pilates circle, lightweights, etc) this is a total body workout. You will build strength, flexibility and also work on your cardio health, but still mindfully moving at a safe pace to pumping beats - your fave tunes perhaps!

  • 1. F(light) LIGHT Sweat

    Perfect for beginners, get introduced to dynamic fusion through light yet dynamic floor stretches. More than just combining the best of pilates & restorative movement practices, this prop based class will also, lengthen your body & clear your mind. Come experience this light-heartedly fun class with gentle uplifting music beats to get you grooving, but also feeling a light burn. 


    Safe for pregnant clients too. 

  • 2. Flow MEDIUM SWEAT

    Need a boost in your regular workout routine? Get ready to sweat, burn & flow in our most dynamic prop based class. Designed to be at an intermediate pace, experience dynamic floor work through pilates, aerobic, cardio, hiit, movement practices. With the use of at least 2 props (flex bands or pilates circle, lightweights, etc) this total body workout, will get you working up a sweat, but still mindfully moving at a safe pace to pumping beats. we promise a workout that is fun, safe but dynamic!



  • 3. Fuse HIGH SWEAT

    Our most dynamically fun & challenging class. Fuse combines the best of pilates + cardio + floor work done in hiit + tabata style. Get ready to burn loads of calories with our favourite props in a dynamic but safe manner in this 50mins class.
