FlyWith Mat Pilates 

Mat Pilates aims to add body awareness and at the same time, improve posture and increase flexibility and length to the body. This encourages small but effective movement patterns to strengthen the body. At the same time, targeting specific muscles groups around an injury to improve the way one moves in general.

Our Mat Pilates classes are broken into 3 main principles, Tone, Sculpt and Lengthen. Incorporating classic Mat Pilates moves with light equipment challenges your Pilates workout, while finding length in your overall body through breath and myofascial release work.

Classes are suitable for all level clients. Be centred, aligned and lengthened with each of our Mat Pilates classes. 
 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


  • 1. Pilates | Tone & Sculpt with Props (1hr) MEDIUM SWEAT

    Come experience Pilates with a cardio flow twist. 


    Using classic Pilates Mat movements combined with equipment such as Pilates Circle, Resistance Bands, Stability Ball and also a Foam Roller


    Each class is meant to challenge your overall core stability through isolated movements with a challenging flow and cardio sequence, thus lengthening, strengthening and toning the body - Pilates style.


  • 2. Pilates | Lengthen (1hr) LOW SWEAT

    Using a Pilates Foam Roller throughout this 1-hour class, come roll and ease away your body's general aches and pains. 


    Challenge your overall stability (Release) with classic Pilates moves done with the Foam Roller – be prepared to feel much taller and more relaxed after this class.
