CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


  • 1. MOTR | Strength & Release (1hr) LOW-MEDIUM SWEAT

    Perfect for beginners and first timers with a 10 minute introduction on how to use the MOTR.


    Build strength and gain awarness of the small muscles that are exercised with the MOTR. 


    The classes are designed to get you moving with the MOTR and each class finishes off with an overall myofascial massage with the MOTR as a foam roller.


  • 2. MOTR | Cardio (1hr) HIGH SWEAT

    Get your heart racing and your feet tapping with this upbeat body sculpting class.


    Using small effective movements to build you up to complex cardio movements with the MOTR. Get ready to experience a cardio class like no other!
