CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Strong

  • 1. Yoga | Flow (1hr) MEDIUM SWEAT

    Gain flexibility and challenge your body and mind with this class. Open to all practitioners be it, seasoned or newbies. This slower-paced set of sequences should have you leaving the class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.


  • 2. Yogalates (1hr) MEDIUM SWEAT

    Can’t decide between Yoga or Pilates, how about both?


    Challenge yourself in this fusion class combining the best of Yoga and Pilates. Each class is designed to allow your body to move spiritually through the ancient method of Yoga, while better understanding how each movement affects your body scientifically through Pilates.  


    A total body workout of the mind and spirit.


Calm

  • 3. Yoga | Stretch & Align LOW SWEAT

    Enhance your Yoga practice with this special Stretch and Align class, with a strong emphasis on simple Yoga poses.


    This slow-paced class will allow you to enhance your practice by focusing on proper alignment and engagement of muscles, while discovering the functionality of poses that benefit our bodies.


  • 4. Yoga | Myofascial Release & Restore LOW SWEAT

    This class focuses on the therapeutic application of Myofascial release techniques on targeted areas in the body. This fusion Yoga class aims to alleviate pain, improve range of movement and increase strength to the body.


    To help restore the body, clients hold Yoga poses that are supported by special props between 2 to 7 mins. This gradually opens the body which in turn calms and nourishes the body and mind, improving overall well-being.


Revitalise

  • 5. Yoga | Restorative LOW SWEAT

    Disconnect from the frenetic activity of your daily life in this class, where you allow your body and mind to be nourished through a few gentle poses. 


    Allow your senses to be fully relaxed with unique scent of candles picked carefully to suit each class.


    These poses rely on the use of props to enable one to fully achieve a deep level of relaxation.
