The class is designed for expecting mothers to practice regardless of their due date, helping to stretch out with a mix of the best of Pilates and Yoga techniques. A strong focus on helping to reduce lower back tightness, headaches and sleeping pattern disruptions during and after pregnancy, whilst also increasing strength and flexibility in the muscles used during childbirth.
